AI, Personality Rights, and Image Protection:

The client may not alter, simulate, clone, or replicate the talent’s NIL (name, image, likeness) using AI. Any use for AI training or content generation is prohibited. All rights remain with the talent. Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of contract. This clause remains in effect beyond the end of the contract. Definition of Image and Personal Characteristics

The talent’s image encompasses all visual, biometric, and digitally reproducible characteristics, including but not limited to the name, photograph, likeness, voice, body shape, facial structure, gestures, facial expressions, movements, digital avatars, 3D scans, voice models, and all other characteristics that enable analog or digital identification or reproduction—whether using current or future technologies. The client undertakes to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Images and personal data of the talent may only be used for the specifically agreed purposes. Disclosure to third parties or processing in third countries is permitted only with the written consent of the talent and the agency.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Hamburg, Germany. German law applies exclusively.
